Here are some pictures that Simon took of us a couple of days after we'd moved in. There's one of the two of us by "Mike's Miracle Ramp" for the cats - note that Moo's on a log. Next is Mike trying to scythe Moo's feet off - what Moo's doing is anyone's guess. Last, but not least, is Mike and Moo with the Wendy house which was, we must point out, there in the garden before we moved in.
How about a picture of Mike looking very sexy? Well, he thinks so, anyway (or wind-swept, at the least) - Moo says "it's lovely". But it was their wedding anniversary, so she might have been being nice.
And, of course, we've got a picture of the house itself.
Much respect to our friend Catherine Carter (who sent me this picture because she thinks there's a resemblance) in Australia for hassling me to put these up. See you soon, Catherine!. Oh, and here's the one she begged me not to put up. You'll have to do better than that...
And here are some pictures from Kate and Mac's visit to us over the first weekend of May, 2002. Kate and Mac are Moo's parents, and we'd just got a new camera, so we've got lots of pictures. Unluckily for some, I'm the only one to have read the instructions, so there are no pictures of me (Mike). There are, however, pictures of Meg, Will, and even a blackbird (very artistic, which is why it's made the cut). Also a couple of pictures of the back of the house (showing the Wysteria and showing lots of rubbish - we're having the kitchen done, and it's not quite finished yet), and the barn.
James, Mike's brother, recently came to stay, and although the lighting's not great, there are pictures of him smiling, on the phone, and a great one of him showing why he's had his head shaved so short.
Following some snow (about 4-5 inches, or 10-12 inches) on the 31st of January, 2003, there are a couple of pictures from the house looking towards the barn, one at around 0730, and the other at around 0900, after the dog had been out in it.
